Rose told them every thing she had with Edward in the past.
How they started dating right from secondary school.
How they had planned their life together.
How dandy and his father stood as a hindrance.
How she ran away with him.
How he lose his mother during that incident.

She also told them how he was being kidnapped and how the crime planners paid for their crimes.

Mr.johnson went to Kennedy’s house with his family as was scheduled.
They were please to welcome them and definitely, It more like a friendly reunion.
Nikkei kept chitchatting with Martina who was crushing on Edward.
She steals a glance at him where he was each seconds.
He was busy drinking and drinking.
His voice was heard only at the exchange of pleasantries.
– Nikkei: you have been staring at my brother for long. (she said to her friend when she found out she hadn’t been listening to what she was saying) Martina: you have a cute brother.
Nikkei: yea
. Did you like him?
Martina: tell me who wouldn’t?
Nikkei: wow. You can gain his attention if you could draw nearer to him.
Martina: you are making sense. It seems he’s lonely. Let me go and keep him company for a while.
– (with that, Martina left to where Edward had been seating. )
– Martina: you want some more drink? (she asked when after observing the drink in his cup has gone down)
Edward: sure (he raised his cup and she filled it with liquor. After that, she sat besides him)
martina: i never knew Uncle Johnson has a son. A very handsome one for that matter.
. I thought his family was just like ours with Only one daugther.
Edward: actually, i was lost but now is found.
Martina: smiling) you are funny.
Edward: it not funny. So tell me, what’s your Educational qualification? (he asked and they went on discussing and discussion.
Their discussion even went longer than she had imagined.
Mr.johnson was having a good conversation with his friend but his attention was just on his son.
He kept smiling as he watched the two discuss jovially.
He was happy his plans were gradually coming to pass.
For Long he haven’t seen his son smile but today, he managed to show his teeth inbetween something that looks like smile.
-Johnson: (to his friend) i believe your daugther is a very nice girl. She managed to put smile on my son’s lips who hadn’t smiled for long now.
Kennedy: yes. She is always jovial
Johnson: i am planning on getting a wife for my son because i am not getting any younger. I need to see my grand children before leaving the jovialt
Kennedy : you are not the only one thinking about that. You don’t know how long i have been waiting curiously for my daugther to come home and introduce her fiancee.
Johnson: so that makes us birds of the same feathers.
Kennedy: that’s right Johnson: so lets make a deal. I believe your daugther is a good girl and she will make a good wife to my son. I am thinking of getting her for my son.
Kennedy: wow what a perfect plan. But then; they are the one to make their decision.
Johnson: what kind of decision again? Can’t you see they are already getting along. They will just fall in love with each other by the space of little time.
Kennedy :so its a deal. I will love it when my friend becomes my inlaw (the both old men began to laugh.
Soon it was time to leave , Johnson went to Martina and had a few words with her.
He told her to come over to their house to have dinner with them the following day and she accepted the invitation warmly..

Edward returned from work The next Day and found Martina discussing with his Dad in the sitting room .
He just muttered a greeting to his father before heading to his room.
It was obvious he was having a bad Day.
He loosed a very important business deal because of his temper.
He just shouted and they all dislodged giving him the contract.
Martina was surprise because Edward didn’t show any reaction to her present in their house.
– Martina: to Johnson) he’s mean. He didn’t even acknowledge me.
Johnson: that’s how he does since that Good for Nothing Anita left him
. He now have temper issues
Martina: i am really sorry for that. –
-she said and next they heard him shouting up stairs.
– Edward: didnt i tell you that am not going to take it light with you if i returns and see these clothes on my Bed! (he slapped the house maid. Who began to sob” yinka: (sobbing) you locked your room before leaving the house sir.
Edward.: and so what! Just get in there and tidy it up you lazy being.
– the maid ran into the room and did what she was asked to do immediately.
Soon dinner was ready.
Edward went down to the dining room and joined others after Nikkei has informed him that the food was ready.
He stared down his plate as he ate silently while others discussed.
-Johnson: i am still imaging how happy i will be sitting here with you people with at least two grand children in few years to come – (nikkei and Martina smiled on hearing him but Edward showed no sign to acknowledge what he said.)
Nikkei: you are talking about Edward right? (she referred to her father)
Johnson: the both of you precisely i need grand children like badly. You guys should better start thinking of settling down

So they all dropped the topic and started talking of other things which he didn’t took part to discuss with them.
He was busy pressing his phone when he was done eating.
He scrolled to the TO DO LIST of his phone and the first thing he saw was THE REWARD FOR THE UNKNOWN FEMALE *DOCTOR* .
He remembered how he had planned to reward the female doctor who treated him free after being kidnapped.
He was sad that the unknown Doctor turned out finally to be Rose.
But then, he have to reward her.
But how is he going to do that? He thought hard on the best way to reward her.
The memory of their past romantic time together started replaying in his memory.
He thought about his first kiss Which was with her.
It made him feel different.
He found The sparks and chemistry he felt then manifesting in him again.
Just thinking about her alone triggered smile from his lips.
He remembered a particular night during the time he ran away with her.
That was definitely the most special night among all other nights in his life. . He was writing a music for her when she joined him in the room.
He sang the song for her and it made her swim in the pool of the romantic waters of Love.
When he was done singing, They found their lips together.
They kissed passionately and every thing in the world seemed to have disappeared leaving them alone for each other.
Soon the next level unlocked .
She began to unbotton his shirt while he did the same to her dress.
After so so so and so, Rose Gave up her Virginity to him and it was definitely the most priceless gift he had ever received.
Well he almost forgot about it because the main challenge facing his love for her came up the next day when he got a call from her father who was mal-treating his Mother.
– Johnson: Edward, you will drive martina home. (his father’s voice brought him back to the factual basis)
Edward: (objecting) why me. The driver is not busy. He can do that
Johnson : no i want you to drive her home. Her dad drove her here not a driver so it won’t be gentle manly enough if a driver drives her home.
Edward: okay dad. Let me go and get my key. (with that, he went to his room up the stairs to get his car key.
Martina was already waitingt for him at the entrance door before he came down then They went further to his car together.
When they Got to the car lot where he had parked his car, he opened the door and she hopped in. –

Edward went back to seek for the lost contract but couldn’t retrieve it.
He went back to his office boiling hot with anger.
Had he known, he wouldn’t have raised his voice in the first place but was he to be blamed? They kept questioning his ability and that got him angry adding to the temper problem that developed after Anita had Dumped him.
Few minutes later after he returned to his office, his secretary walked in and he vented his anger on her
— Edward: (shouting) old fool! Didn’t you go to school? Don’t you know its improper to walked into any office with out seeking for permission first?!
Anastasia: she bowed in motion to show an apology) i am sorry sir.
Edward: you better be sorry for your self. Fool
Anastasia: sir
. A Lady is here to see you. Her name is mar.,… Edward: yelling) just tell her to leave! I don’t want to see any one!
– the young secretary left and delivered the message to martina who went home being disgusted.
An Hour later, Edward was still in his office wearing the same angry face when his secretary walked in again
– Anastasia: sir , another lady is here to see you. She said her name is Ro………
Edward: didn’t i tell you i don’t want to see any one? Didn’t i warn you about entering this office with out knocking? Infact, you are fired!
– he took out a piece of paper from the paper and wrote something on it.
The young lady tried Apologizing but he slapped her with the letter and pushed her away from his office.
Rose was still waiting to be granted the permission to see her old lover but she was totally disappointed.
The secretary returned with tears flowing down her cheek.
– Rose: hey, what happened miss ? Anastasia: (angrily) why are you asking? i am fired!
. It’s because of You i lost my Job!
– with that she took her hand bag and other belongings and walked out of the office leaving Rose in confusion.
She couldn’t understand what was going on.
And if she did, all she knew is that the poor young lady was fire because of her, fresh tears broke from her eyes down to her cheek as she pondered on the type of hatred Edward had for her.
She left that place immediately to Her house crying her eyes out.
She can’t believe that All these while she had been hallucinating , waiting and hoping that she will still be with Edward was all a lie.
Her heart broke into pieces as she thought about it. Soon, her phone began to ring and it was Norah that was calling she picked the call and answered with tears
– Rose: norah your advice didn’t work at all. Going to his office is one of the worst decision i have ever made.
Norah: hey bae, why are you crying? What happened.
Rose: Edward sacked his secretary just because of me.
Norah: i still don’t understand baby. Just hold still, I’m on my way to your house.
– with that, the Call went dead.

Edward was in the same office when his father walked in and took a seat.
– Johnson: son, i have been warning you about your unnecessary temper but you are not listening.
. It is causing a lot of harm to you than Good. With this kind of Aptitude, you will loose every thing! You have even started looseing. I knew you to be successful in winning contracts but due to your present change, you loosed a huge contract that would have generated a lot of money.

Johnson: Martina went Home being heart broken because you refused to see her. Don’t you know its improper to hurt the feeling of a young lady like that?

– Johnson: son i want you to start treating Martina with care. Show regard for her. Who knows she might be the right woman. I want you to make it up to her by taking her on a date.
Edward: okay Dad. You have no problem with that(he agreed)
